My mom had knee problem from ages. We took her to many doctors and were told that she would need knee replacement surgery eventually. We weren’t sure where to get her treated. Naturally, I felt a bit apprehensive prior to surgery, but Dr.Swaroop Chandra and his team were exceptional doing knee replacement surgery. Understanding, empathy, and patience was exhibited by all. She got discharged on the second day. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom. Happy patient and happy family.

Such a waste hospital. My mother suffered with a skin issue suddenly. Some allergy came up may be because of food or medicine. So called Sarvani hospital doctors treated her the worst and she suffered badly because of the treatment and the medication they gave are totally inappropriate. The cost for the treatment is almost 6k being an out patient. We got her to vizag with lot of risk and it’s been 2 days she is recovering.Please beware don’t fall for fancy hospitals and fake doctors. They didn’t know how to do an injection. Such a bad service. May be gov hospitals are far better

I personally don't recommend this hospital, because of my bad experience regarding Outpatient Consultation. I actually booked OP through Online, because staff never responds for your phone calls. Irrespective of your online appointment schedule, they will allot a different time for consultation. But doctor won't be there, you will wait and wait and wait, because the staff keep saying lies like Doctor is in surgery or rounds, but in reality he/she wasn't in the hospital itself. From my experience, for an appointment at 11AM, I waited till 4:30PM, and had to leave. If you have patience enough to wait for an entire day, then this hospital is for you.

Doctors are only interested to keep you in the hospital and extract money. The nurses are extremely lethargic. To the extent that the patient feels better seeing them so. Horrible experience admitting a colleague of ours here. For discharging a patient they take more than 3 hours of time. Joining here is only to test your patience. Highly unprofessional nurses and same is Dr. Vineesh who is slower than a snail.

Took my 7 year old to see Dr.Naveen. Valet parking is a blessing if you’re in a rush. Admin process was quick and after 10 minutes of waiting we saw the Doctor. He was very professional and prescribed some meds in anticipation also to avoid further visits. Very positive experience.

Murali Krishna Doctor - I'm very satisfied with treatment and informed one day prior about the surgery to the doctors and they attended for the surgery even in the holidays due to the patient situation. Sisters also very responsive and they acted immediately when required some support Naveen Doctor - Doctor helped us in the process of payments and all and he is good in receiving the patients
